As a bodybuilder, I intentionally tear connective tissue every workout for maximum muscle growth. The same goes for maximum personal growth. Your brain is a muscle wrapped in fear tissue that must be torn to become a person who lives their purpose on a daily basis. And while I won’t put a knee in your back like my bodybuilding coach, Maria, does to me occasionally, I will put a proverbial knee in your back to move you forward with your goals and hold you accountable for your dreams.
